Who is responsible
The data controller is Duo Contabilidade Estrategica LTDA, an independent research and advisory firm based in Cachoeiro de Itapemirim-ES, Brazil. Privacy requests go to [email protected] and are answered by a person.
Why, and for how long
Your details are used to answer the enquiry and follow it up, nothing else. We keep enquiry records for 24 months, then delete them. Personal data is never sold or passed to data brokers.
What never passes through here
We do not collect card numbers, bank details or any payment information on this website. There is no payment form here.
The data we hold
- Your name and email address, when you give them so that we can answer.
- The content of your enquiry, so the answer fits it.
- Ordinary server logs — IP address, browser, pages requested — kept for security.
What you can ask us
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected]; we answer within 30 days and we do not charge for it.
